Is PayPal Stock a Bargain or Trap?

The fintech giant is more than 75% off its highs. Is it worth a look?

Not only is PayPal (PYPL 0.51%) still well below its pandemic-era highs, but it hasn't benefited nearly as much from the recent market rally as some of its fintech peers. However, while PayPal might not be the exciting growth story it once was, here's why I think it could be an excellent choice for value-seeking investors.
