Berkshire Hathaway surprised many investors by adding three homebuilders to its portfolio, but which is the best?

In its latest SEC filings, we learned that Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A +0.71%)(BRK.B +0.72%) added shares of not one but three homebuilders to its portfolio. Out of D.R. Horton (DHI +4.73%), NVR (NVR +3.35%), and Lennar (LEN +5.41%), which is the best one to buy right now?
