Berkshire Hathaway surprised many investors by adding three homebuilders to its portfolio, but which is the best?

In its latest SEC filings, we learned that Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A +1.02%)(BRK.B +0.92%) added shares of not one but three homebuilders to its portfolio. Out of D.R. Horton (DHI 0.43%), NVR (NVR 1.70%), and Lennar (LEN 0.16%), which is the best one to buy right now?
