During the late summer months, talk of interest rate cuts became clearer, and from that point until the September rate cut, real estate investment trusts (REITs) were the top-performing sector within the S&P 500. As rates continue to fall, I fully expect REITs to perform well.
In today's video, I will discuss five of my favorite REITs to invest in for the next decade. One of those REITs is VICI Properties (VICI -0.35%).
