The following video is part of our "Talking Stocks" series, in which Motley Fool analyst Austin Smith and the Fool's chief technology officer, Jeremy Phillips, break down each other's portfolios.

In today's edition, Jeremy gives Austin five of the top holdings in his portfolio to get his impression. It's certainly biased toward a growth profile, but that makes sense, given Jeremy's long-term investing horizon. Despite being our chief technology officer, Jeremy hasn't pigeon-holed himself with tech stocks; he has big exposure to health care and energy.

If you're looking for some energy exposure as well, but think Jeremy's picks may be a little risky for you, there are other options out there. In fact, we've uncovered "The Only Energy Stock You'll Ever Need."
