There's a bearish case to be made on this high-quality bank, and these are three reasons that investors should consider selling U.S. Bancorp.

Putting together a bearish case on Bank of America (BAC +1.10%) and Citigroup (C +2.81%) is an easy exercise. But what about the stable, conservatively run US Bancorp (USB +1.31%)?
