There's a bearish case to be made on this high-quality bank, and these are three reasons that investors should consider selling U.S. Bancorp.

Putting together a bearish case on Bank of America (BAC +0.06%) and Citigroup (C 0.47%) is an easy exercise. But what about the stable, conservatively run US Bancorp (USB +0.45%)?

I may like the bank, but there's definitely a bearish argument to be made. In the video below, I discuss three reasons that investors might want to consider selling -- or avoiding -- US Bancorp's stock.
