Brendan Byrnes: I know you've acquired a few companies. How do you look at potential acquisitions versus growing organically?
Robert LoCascio: You know, we look at really technology acquisitions, or we can expand in a market, like we just bought a company in Australia. I like small companies where there's an entrepreneur. We have a very entrepreneurial culture and if you get that knowledge in your company, you get that person to stay, they can help drive the business. So we're looking for technology, great people who fit our culture, entrepreneurs who are driving the businesses is sort of what we look for.
