The company has declared its latest quarterly distribution, which is to be $0.06 per share paid on July 26 to shareholders of record as of July 12. That amount matches the firm's previous two regular distributions, the most recent of which was handed out at the end of April.
Before that, EMCOR Group was marginally less generous, paying $0.05 per share. It also dispensed a special payout of $0.25 per share at the end of last December.
