The New York International Auto Show is a major stop on the world's auto show circuit. Like so much else in New York, it's big, it's loud, and it's one of the industry's highest-profile stages.
The Motley Fool's Rex Moore and John Rosevear were in New York last week for the two days devoted to events for the world's automotive and financial media -- and they've captured the highlights to share with you through the magic of video.
At least from a business perspective, perhaps the biggest highlight of the New York show was Toyota's (NYSE:TM) debut of the 2015 Camry. This Camry isn't all-new, but it is "refreshed" -- but Toyota revamped it in ways that go far beyond a typical automaker's "refresh" of an existing model.
The Camry's engines and basic structure didn't change, but a lot of what customers will see and feel did change, significantly. Every body panel except for the roof is new, Toyota told us, and the interior has received a significant overhaul.
John and Rex were at the Toyota event where the new Camry was revealed. Check out the video to see the changes Toyota made to its top-selling sedan, and to hear John and Rex talk about Toyota's overhaul -- and the importance of the Camry to the giant Japanese automaker.
