The Digital Printing segment contains Electrophotographic Printing Solutions, Prosper, Versamark and Software. The Advanced Materials and Chemicals segment consists of four lines of business: Industrial Film and Chemicals, Motion Picture, Advanced Materials and Functional Printing, and Kodak Services for Business (KSB). The Brand segment includes licensing of the Kodak brand to third parties. The company was founded by George Eastman in 1880 and is headquartered in Rochester, NY.
