The Steel segment is engaged in the steel products, which includes semi-finished products, long products of a range of steel grades, carbon and stainless flat products, wire products, stampings and forgings, and others, as well as ferrosilicon. The Mining segment sells coal that include metallurgical and steam, iron ore concentrate, coke, and chemical products. The Power segment generates and supplies power resources. The company was founded on March 19, 2003 and is headquartered in Moscow, Russian Federation.
