In today's video I look at fundamentals and recent news for The Beachbody Company (BODY +2.36%) and Digital Turbine (APPS +5.33%). Both companies had a rough week in stock price, which could give long-term investors strong growth potential. Here are a few highlights from the video.
- When the market closed on Friday, July 2, Beachbody was down over 24% within the past five days, and Digital Turbine was down over 10% during the same time. There had been no significant news updates to correlate with the price drops.
- Digital Turbine has been very aggressive in growing its market share. It has completed two acquisitions of leading mobile advertising platforms to maintain that growth in the past three months.
- In the pro forma Q1 2021 results for Beachbody, the company reported 39% year-over-year (YOY) subscription growth, 43% YOY revenue growth, and 71% YOY total streams growth.
