In the following video, Motley Fool tech and telecom analyst Andrew Tonner takes a look at whether or not Facebook (FB 3.91%) is a buy today after launching the redesign of its news feed. While Andrew tells us that the redesign is a big win for helping to address the company's approach to mobile, and helping to give it even more integration to consumers' web-surfing behavior, he still has some lingering concerns over whether Facebook can really be the growth story that its valuation suggests it should be.
