America's Energy Advantage is an association of American manufacturers that are spearheading a push to keep it hard to export natural gas overseas. The group that includes Dow Chemical (DOW), Alcoa (AA), and Nucor Steel (NUE -1.04%) believes that the abundance of energy available to domestic companies from the shale boom should be kept at home to ensure that this advantage persists for years to come.
