Ford and GM have both posted strong gains in China, the world's largest auto market -- as Toyota and the other Japanese brands have lost ground.
Ford (F -2.35%) has been on a roll in China, as has its old rival General Motors (GM -0.94%). Both have posted nice sales gains in 2013 -- just as the big-name Japanese automakers have lost ground.
