Prior to The Motley Fool, Kristi worked in residential real estate before the Great Recession and real estate market collapse as a licensed Realtor and general building contractor. She worked closely with first-time homebuyers, housing investors, property developers, and home builders. She holds a B.A. in American History from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. Fun fact: Kristi maintains a quarter acre registered pollinator habitat in her time off of the internet – and is going into her fifth year!
