Kristi Waterworth

Kristi Waterworth is a contributing Real Estate and Financial Expert at The Motley Fool. Prior to The Motley Fool, Kristi worked in residential real estate before the Great Recession and real estate market collapse as a licensed Realtor and general building contractor. She worked closely with first-time homebuyers, housing investors, property developers, and home builders. She holds a B.A. in American History from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. Fun fact: Kristi maintains a quarter acre registered pollinator habitat in her time off of the internet – and is going into her fifth year!
