More Than 200,000 New Listings Are Missing From U.S. Housing Market

Extreme weather across most of the country pushed new listings to a record low that will be difficult to dig out from, while prices hit a new high, Realtor.com says in the February housing trends report it released this week.

The Millionacres takeaway: The report says that nationally there were nearly 50% fewer homes for sale in February than there were last year. Bad news for buyers. Good news for sellers. Mixed verdict for those doing both.

Is Co-Working Over or Just Getting Started?

Our Deidre Woollard says that while WeWork made headlines for its meteoric rise and sudden fall, not all co-working companies are struggling. In fact, there have been some interesting deals lately that suggest smaller co-working companies may be primed for a rebound

The Millionacres takeaway: While corporate campuses may have attracted workers in the past, the future may include more decentralized spaces nearer to workers' homes.
