In its Form S-1, Cerebras stated that it had chosen Citigroup (C +0.80%) and Barclays (BCS -1.07%) to act as joint book-running managers for the IPO. There is no indication as to the listing date for Cerebras stock, but the company plans to trade on the Nasdaq exchange under the stock ticker CBRS. Is Cerebras profitable?
